In 1996, two years after Aria, Arena offered only slight stylistic changes, but fans like this album a little bit more. Highlights are the opener which reminds of Santana (!), the title track, and the nine minute song The Day Before The War.
This special edition of Arena, digitally remastered in embossed slip-case, contains a richly illustrated 16 page booklet, new liner notes by Dave Gallant (author of the official biography Asia: The Heat Goes On), two bonus tracks - including the previously unreleased acoustic live song Two Sides Of The Moon.
