In 1973 singer Joy had already quit the group and Ken Traylor had joined instead. As Joy Unlimited consisted of highly talented and accepted musicians, they were offered an appointment for another ballet work, this time at the Mannheim Nationaltheater. The final result of this project was the album Reflections. As the Pilz label did not exist any more, the LP was released on BASF.
