Threshold have always been famous for rapidly rushing forward in musical terms, not without forgetting to take their time to look to the left and right: It's almoust impudent, how this band manages again and again, to combine mainstream melodies with ultra-hard riffs and sophisticated arrangements. Album number eight is - just like its predecessor Subsurface - full of secret hits.
